How do I pay?

You may pay via bank deposit or Paypal.

How much does the shipping fee cost?

Metro Manila = P100 (capacity of 2 kg; can accommodate up to four books)

Outside Metro Manila = P120 (capacity of 2 kg; can accommodate up to four books)

How long do I have to wait for my items?

We send out items every Tuesdays and Saturdays. Shipping can take up to two (2) days depending on your location.

I do not reside in the Philippines! Do you ship abroad?

Not right now but soon!

I changed my mind! Can I edit my order?

Yes. Send us a message with ‘Change Order’ as the subject here.

I don’t like [the item]! Can I return/exchange it?

We do not allow either of the two at the moment, so please make sure you are 100% confident about your purchase.

The package arrived in [bad condition]! What do I do?

Send us a message with ‘Bad Order’ as the subject here with complete details so we can fix the issue.

Consignment

What kind of items/products do you accept?

For non-members: We accept art, independently-published local books and stationery.

For members: We accept secondhand books.

I only have one [item/product] to consign. Is that okay?

Yes, as long as you agree with our terms and conditions.

How do I sign up for consignment?
